Q: AXIOS calls itself A DIFFERENT PERSONNEL AGENCY. What makes your company so original?
A: Our distinguishing feature is the fact that we have implemented a CRM system called PEXESO, the development of which has been running for some time. This system enables the job applicants to monitor and edit by means of a secured Internet access their personal data, the course of the recruitment procedures they have applied for, feedback to their applications, complete overview of their communication with us and many other functions. PEXESO is also a tool enabling the candidates to specify their requirements and ideas with maximum accuracy. PEXESO is our reaction to the dismal situation when candidates receive from the agencies no information about their acceptance into recruitment procedures.
Q: This year has a special significance for your company. You celebrate several events. What are they?
A: This year we celebrate our 10th anniversary. What makes this year a real turning point is our merger with the biggest Japanese personnel agency Staff Service Holdings Co, LTD. that occupies a respectable eighth place in the world ranking. AXIOS will, however, keep using its brand name. Beside the recruitment procedures in the field of information technologies, which have so far been our domain, we will devote more resources to recruitment in other branches of business and gradually expand our services to comprise outsourcing, development centres and HR audits. We therefore plan an expansion and therewith also an enlargement of our office space in the IBC.
Q: And what is AXIOS preparing for the future?
A: We keep improving the services we provide, in other words, we keep investing into the development of our CRM system. This year we plan to put into operation a new, customer oriented module of PEXESO. Our clients will be able to see – under their secured access – the overview of the candidates who have been recommended for the opened vacancies. They will be able to append their feedback concerning every candidate and also see the candidates’ standpoint. Furthermore, they will be able to see the complete overview of their communication with AXIOS and also the success rate of advertising individual vacancies. Especially if the clients take advantage of the joint advertising with us, they will see here the success rate of the advertising campaign in individual media. We believe that our clients will welcome this comfortable service.
